Order Processing & Shipping Time
Processing Time
All orders require 2–3 business days for processing and quality checks before leaving our warehouse.

Shipping times vary by location and do not include customs or clearance delays:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- Canada, US & Europe: 3–7 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- Central & South America: 5–15 business days
- Asia: 7–15 business days
- Africa: 15–30 business days
Maximum delivery timeframe: up to 20 business days (excluding processing time).

Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately.
- You have a 24-hour grace period after placing your order to request a cancellation.
- Cancellation requests made after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed.
- If an order cannot be canceled, you may contact our support team after delivery to initiate a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
